  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 14 oz Empanada Dough Discs

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened. Stir in cumin, chili powder, and oregano.
  • Spoon beef mixture into empanada discs. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and filling is heated through.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. These empanadas are also delicious reheated.
