Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened. Stir in cumin, chili powder, and oregano.
Spoon beef mixture into empanada discs. Fold over and crimp edges to seal.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and filling is heated through.
Notes
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. These empanadas are also delicious reheated.
