Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash and prick potatoes with a fork. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
Let cool slightly, then cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Mash with butter, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Fill potato skins with the mixture. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through and slightly browned.
Notes
For extra flavor, add bacon bits or chives to the potato mixture.
