  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
  • Add breadcrumbs and mix again until everything is well incorporated.
  • Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
