Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add milk and egg; mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
