  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour

Preparation Steps

  • Cut beef into strips and brown in butter. Remove beef and set aside.
  • Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in beef broth and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return beef to the pan and simmer until heated through.
