Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press graham cracker crust mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Top with caramel sauce and diced apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
