Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel Apple Topping

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup diced apples

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press graham cracker crust mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Top with caramel sauce and diced apples.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
