  • 2 tablespoons Tikka Masala Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with yogurt, tikka masala paste, garam masala, and turmeric. Season with salt.
  • Roast cauliflower for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Stir in roasted cauliflower, heavy cream, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice or naan.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
