Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with yogurt, tikka masala paste, garam masala, and turmeric. Season with salt.
Roast cauliflower for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
Stir in roasted cauliflower, heavy cream, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
