  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add potatoes and beef broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir in milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Heat through until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
