Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Dredge in flour.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened.
Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over pasta or rice.
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd.
