  • 1 lb Chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Dredge in flour.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened.
  • Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over pasta or rice.

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd.
