  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground chicken in a large pot over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add kidney beans and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
