Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until melted and combined.
Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
