  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 6 slices Cheese Slices Cheddar, American, or your favorite cheese
  • 6 slices Burger Buns
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • Form the beef mixture into 6 patties.
  • Place patties in the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until cooked through.
  • Top each patty with a slice of cheese during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve on burger buns.
