  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Combine milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through.
  • Stir in the chopped bittersweet chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • Serve hot, topped with mini marshmallows (optional).

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of bittersweet. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth.
