Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
Add potatoes and oregano, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in fish broth and white wine. Bring to a simmer.
Add cod fillets and simmer until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot.
