Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the lamb cubes with salt and pepper.
Sear the lamb cubes in batches until browned on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the lamb stock and red wine.
Add the thyme, rosemary, and browned lamb. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 2 hours, or until the lamb is very tender.
Notes
Serve hot with crusty bread or mashed potatoes.
