  • 1.5 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

Preparation Steps

  • Sear beef cubes in a large pot or Dutch oven until browned.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
  • Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Add tomato paste.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 1.5 hours, or until beef is tender.
