Preparation Steps
Sear beef cubes in a large pot or Dutch oven until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Add tomato paste.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 1.5 hours, or until beef is tender.
