Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add onion and carrots to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot. Can be topped with shredded cheese.
