Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain off excess fat.
Add onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in rice, tomato soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until rice is cooked through and casserole is bubbly.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and reheated. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
