  • 3 lbs Beef brisket
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Preparation Steps

  • Season the brisket generously with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the brisket on all sides in the Instant Pot using the sauté function.
  • Add beef broth, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for at least 30 minutes.
  • Shred the brisket and mix it with the BBQ sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a few sprigs of rosemary or thyme during cooking.
