  • 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place pork shoulder in the Instant Pot.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over the pork shoulder.
  • Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
  • Allow pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
  • Shred pork with two forks.

Serve on buns with your favorite BBQ sauce and coleslaw.
