Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place pork shoulder in the Instant Pot.
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture over the pork shoulder.
Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Allow pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Shred pork with two forks.
Notes
