- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation Steps
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
Combine the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and ground beef mixture in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
