  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Combine the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and ground beef mixture in a large bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
