Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark corn syrup instead of light corn syrup.
