  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Chopped onions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  • Layer half of the beef in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with half of the beans, half of the cheese, and half of the tomatoes and onions.
  • Repeat layers with remaining beef, beans, cheese, and tomatoes and onions.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
