  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped chives

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender.
  • Cube potatoes and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon, cheese, and chives.
  • Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
