Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook ravioli according to package directions.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add lemon juice and white wine; simmer until slightly reduced.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Add cooked ravioli and lobster meat; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer sauce, add a tablespoon of heavy cream.
