  • 1 lb Lobster meat
  • 14 oz Ravioli pasta sheets
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Dry white wine
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice and white wine; simmer until slightly reduced.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Add cooked ravioli and lobster meat; toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer sauce, add a tablespoon of heavy cream.
