Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
Pour macaroni and cheese into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
