  • 1 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together matcha powder, milk, oil, and egg.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fill donut pans about ⅔ full.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
