Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the gravy by sautéing the mushrooms in butter. Add beef broth and simmer until thickened.
Pour the gravy over the cooked meatloaf and serve.
