  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup Beef Broth

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the gravy by sautéing the mushrooms in butter. Add beef broth and simmer until thickened.
  • Pour the gravy over the cooked meatloaf and serve.
