Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the fudge out later.
In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and mint extract until well combined.
Fold in the crushed Oreos.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
