  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tbsp Pepperoncini Peppers sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  • Mix together Au Jus Gravy Mix, beef broth, water, Ranch Seasoning Mix, dry onion soup mix and pepperoncini peppers. Pour mixture over the chuck roast.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
  • Shred the roast and serve with the cooking liquid.

Notes

Serve on toasted buns or over mashed potatoes.
