Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Mix together Au Jus Gravy Mix, beef broth, water, Ranch Seasoning Mix, dry onion soup mix and pepperoncini peppers. Pour mixture over the chuck roast.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
Shred the roast and serve with the cooking liquid.
Notes
Serve on toasted buns or over mashed potatoes.
