  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers with juice
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Seasoning Mix

Preparation Steps

  • Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
  • Pour in beef broth and add Au Jus gravy mix, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and dry ranch seasoning mix.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
  • Shred the roast with two forks and serve.
