  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and peanut butter chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
