  • 4 slices Bread
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Sauté mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter until softened.
  • Spread remaining butter on bread slices.
  • Layer cheese and sauteed mushrooms on two slices of bread.
  • Top with remaining bread slices.
  • Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted and gooey.
