Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Layer half of the banana pudding over the crust, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade banana pudding.
