Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • 3 cups banana pudding

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer half of the banana pudding over the crust, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use homemade banana pudding.
