Instructions
Preparation Steps
Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread chocolate cream mixture over the cookie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra chocolatey flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
