  • 1.5 cups Chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cups Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
  • Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread chocolate cream mixture over the cookie crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra chocolatey flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
