  • 2 cups yuca flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients: yuca flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese.
  • Form the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes
