Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a 9x13 inch baking pan, spread the drained peaches evenly.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the peaches.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the melted butter and milk; mix until just combined.
Pour batter over the peaches. Do not stir.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
