Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, oil, and egg.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fill donut pan ¾ full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These donuts are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
