  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 pieces Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Press a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each ball.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
