  • 1.5 lbs Ground lamb
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Peas
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 3 cups Mashed potatoes

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown ground lamb in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off excess fat.
  • Add onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with mashed potatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and potatoes are lightly browned.
