  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
