Preparation Steps

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water and stir until dissolved.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Add the dissolved jello to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold to combine.
  • Fold in sliced strawberries.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use fresh strawberries. You can also add other fruits, such as blueberries or raspberries.
