  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice them and mix with honey.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the Greek yogurt.
  • Layer the strawberries, yogurt mixture, and granola in parfait glasses or bowls.
  • Repeat layers as desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use vanilla Greek yogurt. You can also add other berries or fruits.
