Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and peel the sweet potato. Thinly slice it using a mandoline or sharp knife.
Spread the sweet potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
Spread pizza sauce over the sweet potato slices. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bacon.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
