  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 pkg Lasagna noodles
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  • Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer with lasagna noodles, then half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

Notes

For a spicier lasagna, add some diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
