Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer with lasagna noodles, then half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
Notes
For a spicier lasagna, add some diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
