Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, salt, and pepper.
