Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides.
Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in spinach. Cook until wilted.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken and vegetables.
Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
Serve hot over pasta or rice. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh basil (optional).
