Instructions
Preparation Steps
Remove the sausage from its casings and brown it in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
Stir in the chicken broth, potatoes, and kale. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve.
